Why information is used
Information supplied for editorial consideration may be assessed and retained as part of the publication record. Sensitive information should not be sent unless it is necessary and there is a lawful basis for doing so.
Academy information is used to assess eligibility and independence, detect duplicate or coordinated submissions, maintain confidential annual appointments, calculate approved aggregate results and preserve an accountable audit record. Individual Academy identities and ballots are not published.
