Commercial enquiries

Work with The World’s Best.

Commercial programmes are built around clearly identified media, licensed marks and professional services—never the sale of editorial consideration.

A commercial relationship cannot influence directory publication, a GEM, Fork or Anchor distinction, Best 100 eligibility, position or publication timing.
01

Claim and maintain a property record

Hotels and restaurants may claim an existing record without charge, confirm their operating relationship and submit factual updates for review. The Partner Centre also keeps official-store orders and clearly disclosed paid media projects in one account.

Claiming does not transfer editorial ownership of a page and cannot alter a rating, rank, winner status or independent editorial conclusion.

02

Media partnerships

The publication offers selected opportunities across the website, editorial email, destination reporting and annual Best 100 releases. Every placement is scoped around a defined audience, format and publication period.

Paid work is labelled Advertisement, Advertisement Feature or Partner Content, according to its nature. A partner does not receive control over independent coverage outside the contracted work.

03

Marks and publication rights

An eligible organisation may request a licence to use approved Verify or Best 100 artwork after the relevant result has been published. Licensing is separate from the decision and cannot extend, upgrade or renew a status.

Reprints, excerpts and other publication rights are considered against the proposed use, territory, duration and format.

04

Professional services

The publication may undertake private standards reviews, research, data analysis and editorially separate hospitality work under a written scope. A private engagement does not confer a GEM, Fork or Anchor distinction and does not create eligibility or preference in the annual ranking.

Where the same organisation is also covered editorially, access and conflicts are managed under the commercial separation policy.

05

What to include in a proposal

  • Organisation, principal contact and billing country.
  • The audience, market and commercial objective.
  • Requested format, territory, period and launch date.
  • Any regulated claims, data collection or third-party rights involved.
  • The relationship, if any, between the proposal and a place covered by the publication.
