Amanwella is a study in modernist restraint on Sri Lanka’s southern coast. Kerry Hill’s suites open to long sea views and private plunge pools, coconut groves lead to a quiet crescent beach, and the pared-back architecture gives every element room to breathe. Its simplicity remains more persuasive than resort spectacle.
